Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Shillo account and data directly from the app — no web form needed.

Steps

• Open Shillo and sign in.
• Tap your profile in the top-right corner of the Home screen.
• Tap the account row at the top (your name and email).
• Tap Delete Account, then confirm.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and any budget you're the sole owner of, including all its expenses. If you created a budget that other people still share, ownership transfers to another member so their shared history isn't lost — you're removed from it, and your own data with it.

This can't be undone.

Can't access the app?

If you've lost access to your device or the app and still want your account deleted, email support@getshillo.com from the email address on your account and we'll take care of it.
